Job summary

Soho House Night Manager oversees the overnight front office, ensuring member and staff safety, handling enquiries, and upholding the Soho House ethos across the night shift. You will lead the night team, train new staff within two weeks, manage guest experiences, handle complaints professionally, and ensure daily deadlines, reports, SHOP submissions and financial declarations are met.

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and solves problems under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Soho House ethos and ensure standards are upheld during the night shift.
• Anticipate guest needs to enhance satisfaction and train the department accordingly.
• Maintain a motivated, high-performing night team to deliver service excellence.
• Ensure guest experiences meet Soho House targets and manage any complaints professionally.
• Oversee daily deadlines such as reports, SHOP submissions and financial declarations.
• Induct and onboard new night staff within two weeks and support ongoing development.
