Nestled in the heart of Ascot, one of the UK's most beautiful country house hotels, is seeking a dedicated Night Manager. This role involves exceeding guest expectations and ensuring each visitor enjoys a memorable and exceptional stay.

You will have experience using Opera and have a driving license due to the location of the property.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Night Manager…
  • £34,000 per annum plus £3,500 to £4,000 service charge
  • Working circa 42 hours per week, 4 on 4 off
  • Working 12-hour shifts
  • Typical working hours: 6:45pm to 7:15am

Responsibilities as the Night Manager…
  • Overseeing the operation of the Front of House team and ensuring guests have a seamless experience no matter the time of night
  • Providing a personalised experience for a wide variety of guests, including exclusive VIPs, celebrities, blue‑chip companies and international travellers
  • Creating a positive working environment and mentoring your team to maintain the hotel's high standards of excellence throughout the night
  • Embracing the hotel's excellent training and development opportunities
  • Sharing your wealth of knowledge and expertise and providing high‑quality training
