Job summary

Crimson Hotels Group operates the DoubleTree by Hilton Woking and is seeking a Night Manager to lead the overnight team, oversee front desk operations, and ensure a safe, welcoming and memorable experience for every guest during the night shift. • Oversee the hotel’s overnight operations, ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of all guests throughout the night.

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, resolve issues or queries.
• Ensure the hotel runs smoothly and efficiently until the morning.
• Liaise with other departments and complete overnight procedures, reports and handovers for a seamless day-to-day transition.
