Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Glasgow is seeking a Night Manager to lead the team as Manager on Duty and to manage night audit, safety checks and guest needs. The role requires strong communication for detailed handovers between shifts and a flexible approach to shift patterns across seven days a week.

You will work 40 hours per week across 4 days, with a salary of £30,971.20 per annum. Apprenticeships and brand training are available, and progression opportunities exist within Valor Hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a branded hotel operation at night, ideally within Front Office.
• Excellent communication skills with clear handovers between shifts.
• Ability to run night audit, perform health and safety checks, and resolve guest requests.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team as Manager on Duty during night shifts.
• Oversee night audit procedures and health and safety checks.
• Respond to guest requests and issues with prompt, professional service.
• Provide thorough handovers to the incoming shift and Duty Manager.
• Offer flexible shifts including evenings and weekends as required.
