Job summary

Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Out of Hours Night Manager to lead the Crisis Pathway in Northampton. The Band 7 post is permanent, with 37.5 hours per week on nights, and reports to the Crisis Pathway Service Manager.

You will coordinate across Acute Liaison Mental Health Services, Crisis Response Unit, Integrated Response Hub, and Crisis Cafes, ensuring safe, effective service delivery, staff supervision and timely escalation.

Qualifications

• Holds qualification for the role (RMN/OT/SW).
• UK professional registration required.
• Experience supervising others and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate out-of-hours crisis pathway services.
• Ensure safe and effective delivery of services.
• Provide supervision and reflective practice to staff.
• Be on-call and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Collaborate with partner agencies and maintain standards.
