Priory Hospital Middleton St George is seeking a Night Manager to provide clinical leadership for the night shift. The role covers the full nursing team, ensuring high care standards across the site and coordinating resources with senior staff, reporting to the Director of Clinical Services.

You will lead a 37.5 hour week, maintain supervision and training, and support the ward management team to deliver safe, compassionate care for adults with mental health needs.

Qualifikationen

• Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council as RMN or RNLD.
• At least 2 years’ supervisory experience.
• Experience as Ward Manager / Deputy Manager / Senior nurse or equivalent.
• Sound working knowledge of the Mental Health Act.
• Ability to undertake physical requirements of PMVA.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical management and leadership of the full night nursing team on site.
• Act as a senior clinical mentor, advising from a nursing perspective.
• Oversee hospital resources and ensure appropriate staffing and skill mix at night.
• Ensure nursing supervision, appraisal and mandatory training are completed.
