Job summary

Marriott Bristol Royal in Bristol is seeking a Night Manager to lead the Front Office during the overnight shift, ensuring seamless guest service and adherence to brand standards as the property transitions into the Autograph Collection.

You will act as Manager on Duty, oversee all overnight operations, handle HR tasks including payroll and recruitment, coach supervisors, and resolve guest issues, all while maintaining a welcoming luxury experience.

Qualifications

• Hospitality leadership and supervisory experience
• Ability to supervise Front Office during overnight shifts
• Experience in payroll, reviews and recruitment is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Serve as the property Manager on Duty and oversee all property operations during the overnight shift
• Ensure the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided during the overnight shift
• Promote a welcoming environment and resolve guest or property issues
• Represent property management in resolving any guest or property related situation

Main Duties

• Serves as the property Manager on Duty and oversees all property operations during the overnight shift
• Ensures that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided during the overnight shift
• Promoting a welcoming environment
• Represents property management in resolving any guest or property related situation
• Personally assisting in resolving any issues and completing tasks
• Ensure smooth running of financial related duties
• Follow Brand Standards in all aspects of the job role
• Assist in HR related duties including payroll, reviews and recruitment
• To upskill and develop the supervisors and associates

What do you need to apply?

We look for enthusiasm, ability to adapt, well presented, excellent customer service skills and flexibility to work all shift patterns. It is essential you have hospitality reception supervisory or management related experience. It is also desirable to have night experience but not essential.
