Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel, part of Marriott Autograph Collection, is seeking a Night Manager to join the front office night team in Bristol. You will act as the Manager on Duty, ensuring exceptional service and smooth overnight operations while upholding brand standards and supporting staff and guest needs.

The role emphasizes hospitality leadership, adaptability, and a proactive approach to resolving issues, payroll matters, and recruitment as part of the night management team.

Formación

• Hospitality reception supervisory or management experience.
• Ability to manage overnight operations and ensure service standards.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the Manager on Duty during overnight shifts.
• Oversee property operations and guest relations overnight.
• Maintain brand standards and financial duties during night hours.
• Assist HR tasks including payroll, reviews and recruitment where needed.
• Upskill and develop Supervisors and Associates.

We have an exciting opportunity in our front office night team as a Night Manager. Join us and become part of Team Autograph, playing a key role in creating one of Bristol's most exciting hospitality destinations.

Main Duties

• Serves as the property Manager on Duty and oversees all property operations during the overnight shift
• Ensures that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided during the overnight shift
• Promoting a welcoming environment
• Represents property management in resolving any guest or property related situation
• Personally assisting in resolving any issues and completing tasks
• Ensure smooth running of financial related duties
• Follow Brand Standards in all aspects of the job role
• Assist in HR related duties including payroll, reviews and recruitment
• To upskill and develop the supervisors and associates

What do you need to apply?

We look for enthusiasm, ability to adapt, well presented, excellent customer service skills and flexibility to work all shift patterns. It is essential you have hospitality reception supervisory or management related experience. It is also desirable to have night experience but not essential.
