Job summary

Crowne Plaza Nottingham is seeking a Night Manager to lead the team as Manager on Duty, making decisions and solving problems during night hours. You will run night audit, perform health and safety checks and handle guest requests.

Excellent communication and handover skills are essential. The role requires flexibility across a range of shifts; we operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with interviews discussing contracted hours.

Qualifications

• Experience of working at a management level in a branded hotel operation.
• Ideally within a Front Office team.
• Strong communication and handover skills are required.

• Lead the team as Manager on Duty during night shifts.

• Deal with all guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction.

As Night Manager you will lead the team as the Manager on Duty, making decisions and solving problems. Your role will include running night audit, health and safety checks and dealing all guests requests.

Great communication skills are required as detailed handovers are required for the incoming shift and Duty Manager.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
