Seaton House is seeking an Assistant Night Manager to cover night shifts, deputise for the Night Manager, and oversee night audit, safety checks and security walks at Seaton House.

Great customer service and clear handovers are essential as the team supports guests and internal operations. Flexible shift patterns across 7 days are discussed at interview.

Competenze

• Strong background in Front of House or Reception operations.
• Experience with night shift operations and guest services.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to perform night audit and safety checks, and manage handovers.

£31,000 per annum. 40 hours per week across 4 days

Night Owls wanted.

Do you have strong background in Front of House or Reception operations but prefer working the night shift?

As Assistant Night Manager you will deputise in the absence of the Night Manager, making decisions and solving problems. Your role will include running night audit, health and safety checks, night security walks and dealing all guests requests.

Great communication skills are required as detailed handovers are required for the incoming shift and Duty Manager as are excellent customer service skills.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
