Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group in Camden Town, United Kingdom, is hiring a Floor Porter to maintain guest floors, public areas and service corridors to the high standards of our Housekeeping team. You will ensure the right supplies and linen are available and respond promptly to guest requests with discretion, helping to keep areas safe, organized and well stocked.

You will work closely with colleagues across the hotel, report to the Director of Housekeeping, and adapt hours to meet hotel needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest floors and public areas to set standards.

• Hand lost property to Security and follow procedures.
• Protect security by handling key cards and equipment carefully.

Reporting to the Director of Housekeeping, with a dotted reporting line to the Assistant Director of Housekeeping, you will help ensure that the team has the supplies, linen and equipment required to deliver seamless service.YOUR ROLEAs Floor Porter, you will help maintain guest floors, public areas, fire exits, stairways and service areas to the standards required by the Director of Housekeeping.
