Job summary

Staycity Group in Birmingham is seeking a Night Manager to safeguard guest satisfaction and oversee overnight operations with a focus on payments, safety and service delivery.

You will keep the team updated on nightly activities, verify guest payments at check-in, and proactively address any issues to ensure a smooth stay for all guests.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a similar role within the hotel sector.
• Knowledge of Front Office operations.

Responsibilities

• Keep the team up to date about departmental, hotel and company activities through daily communications including financial feedback, customer feedback, and guest feedback reports; taking appropriate actions for improvement.
• Verify payments upon guest check-in at night, following established procedures for various payment methods.
• Anticipate and address any issues during the night to safeguard guest well-being and satisfaction.

We would love you to have:
