Malmaison Belfast is seeking a Night Manager to lead the overnight operations, guest relations and brand standards. The role is centered on delivering celebrity service and managing staff during the night shift.

You will oversee guest expectations, coordinate with departments, and support internal development opportunities within Malmaison. The position offers a shift pattern of 4 on / 4 off and a competitive hourly rate.

The Night Manager oversees the running of the hotel from sundown to sunrise. This is a hands on role managing the guest expectations and ensuring the standards of the brand are maintained.
