Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking a compassionate Night Life Practitioner to join The Gables in Swinderby, Lincolnshire. You will support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, helping with daily activities and accompanying them on community outings.

This role involves driving a company vehicle (full UK license required) and progression through our competency framework to access higher pay bands. Starting rates are £13.37 to £14.37 per hour with clear progression.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Computer literacy and adaptability.
• Level 3 Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Assist with daily activities and accompany on community trips.
• Provide safe, compassionate care in a residential setting.
• Utilise company vehicle when transporting to activities (license required).
