Job summary

Kisimul Group Limited is recruiting a Night Life Practitioner for An Caladh House in Lincolnshire. You will support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them lead more independent lives during night shifts.

The role involves daily activities, community outings, and driving a company vehicle. A UK driving licence held for at least 2 years is required. Training, DBS checks, and progression through competency levels are provided.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for care and to be motivated by contributing to the progression of others.
• A strong team player.
• Resilient and confident to ask for support as needed.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy.
• A Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willing to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Assist with daily activities to promote independence.
• Accompany individuals on trips into the community.
• Drive the company vehicle (driver's licence required).
• Work within the competency framework for progression to higher rates.
