Kisimul Group is hiring a Night Life Practitioner for An Caladh House in Lincolnshire. You will support individuals with severe learning disabilities, help with daily activities, and join community outings.

A company vehicle is provided for transport; a full UK driving licence (or two years' UK driving) is required to drive. Starting rates are £13.37, rising to £14.37 with experience, with clear progression through competency levels.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for care and helping others progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Assist with daily activities and accompany individuals on trips into the community.
• Drive the company vehicle to transport people to activities (license required).
