Job summary

Kisimul Group Ltd. is seeking a Life Practitioner to join our night shift team at Tigh Abaidin Newark. You will support individuals with complex needs, helping them live independently while assisting with daily activities and community outings.

The role includes driving duties with a company vehicle and opportunities to progress through our competency framework, with salary progression from £12.85 to £13.85 per hour depending on experience and level.

Job description

Our Children Residential Home is looking for night Life Practitioners to join our team at Tigh Abaidin Newark

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Life Practitioner to join our team. As a Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.

We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK drivers licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.

Starting rates are £12.85 and for those with experience it’s £13.85 - Level 1 £12.85, Level 2 £13.35, Level 3 £13.85. You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through our competency framework, unlocking pathways to increased hourly rates of pay.
