Job summary

Kisimul Group Limited is seeking a Night Life Practitioner to join the team at Tigh Abaid in Newark. You will support individuals with severe learning disabilities, assist with daily activities, and accompany them on community trips. A driving licence is required to drive the company vehicle.

Starting rates from 1st September 2026 are Level 1 £13.37, Level 2 £13.87, Level 3 £14.37 per hour. There is a £500 joining bonus and opportunities to increase pay through our competency framework.

About The Role

£500 Joining Bonus Our Children Residential Home is looking for night Life Practitioners to join our team at Tigh Abaid in Newark. We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Life Practitioner to join our team. As a Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.

To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK drivers licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.

Starting Rates Are Effective From 1st September 2026

Level 1 - £13.37, Level 2 - £13.87, Level 3 £14.37
