Job summary

Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking a Senior Night Life Practitioner for Bramley Apartments in Boston to support adults with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will assist with daily activities and accompany residents on community trips, contributing to independent living.

The role offers a clear pathway via our competency framework, with progression leading to higher hourly rates. A valid UK driving licence is required to operate the company vehicle and travel to activities.

Our AdultResidentialHome is looking for a Senior Night Life Practitioner to join our team at Bramley Apartments In Boston.

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Senior Night Life Practitioner to join our team. As a Senior Night Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.

We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK drivers licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.

Starting rates are £14.74 and for those with experience it’s £16.87

Level 1 - £14.74, Level 2 - £15.77, Level 3 £16.87
