Job summary

Our Children Residential Home is looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at Church View in Swinderby, Lincoln

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Life Practitioners to join our team. As a Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.

We provide a company vehicle that can use to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK drivers licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.

Starting Rates Are Effective From 1st September 2026

Level 1 - £13.12, Level 2 - £13.62, Level 3 - £14.62
