Job summary

Kisimul Group Ltd seeks Life Practitioners to join our An Diadan Home in Croydon, South London. You will support adults with severe learning disabilities and complex needs to live independent lives, assisting with daily activities and community outings.

A company vehicle is available; a full UK driving license or two years driving in the UK is required. Starting pay is £13.61 per hour, rising to £14.69 with experience, with progression through a competency framework.

About The Role

Our Adult Residential Home is looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at An Diadan in Croydon, South London.

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Life Practitioner to join our team. As a Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.

We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK drivers licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.

Starting rates are £13.61 and for those with experience it’s £14.69.

Level 1 - £13.61, Level 2 - £14.15, Level 3 £14.69.

You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through our competency framework, unlocking pathways to increased hourly rates of pay.
