Job summary

Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking a Night Life Practitioner for our Bramley Apartments to support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. The role focuses on daily living assistance, community outings, and promoting independence within a compassionate team.

You will work with a dedicated team, use a company vehicle for outings, and have opportunities to advance pay through our competency framework.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for care and to be motivated by contributing to the progression of others.
• A strong team player
• Resilient and confident to ask for support as needed
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Computer literacy
• A Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willing to work towards

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Help them live independent lives by assisting in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.
• Drive the company vehicle to community activities; must have a full UK driving licence or two+ years driving in the UK.
• Engage in competency framework activities to unlock pathways to increased pay.
