Job summary

Paris Baguette is hiring a Night Kitchen Team Member in London, England. You will prepare sandwiches and salads, assist across the restaurant, and craft dressings and sauces while keeping displays neat and stocked.

You will maintain quality, follow brand standards, and support a welcoming bakery café experience for guests. This role offers full-time or part-time hours and uniforms with employee discounts and holiday accrual.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of food handling or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and knife handling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of sandwiches and salads.
• Assist and support in all areas of the restaurant when needed.
• Make dressings and sauces for sandwiches and pastries.
• Ensure sandwich display is presentable for customers.
• Complete various records such as production, usage and waste.
• Order products and materials as necessary.
• Maintain daily par levels and restock station orders.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
• Inform supervisor when equipment or supplies are low.
• Clean and sanitize refrigerators, freezers, storage areas, and work surfaces.
• Receive stock and store food in designated containers and areas.

KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare a variety of sandwiches and salads.
• Being a team player assist and support in all areas of restaurant when needed
• Makes dressings and sauces for sandwiches and pastries.
• Ensures sandwich display is presentable for internal and external customers
• Completes various reports for records such as; production, usage and waste
• Order product and materials, as necessary
• Maintains daily par levels and restocks station orders set up orders
• Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items
• Inform supervisor when equipment is not working properly and when food supplies are getting low.
• Clean and sanitizes refrigerator, freezer and storage; work areas (counters/floors), equipment, containers, utensils and dishes.
• Receive stock and store food in designated containers and storage areas in an organized manner
