Job summary

Paris Baguette in London, United Kingdom is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to prepare sandwiches, salads and dressings while delivering a warm bakery café experience for guests.

As part of a friendly team, you will handle food safely, restock supplies, and keep displays attractive. Uniforms are provided, and a strong emphasis on brand standards and customer care is highlighted.

Qualifications

• 1 year of food handling or related experience
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and knife handling

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of sandwiches and salads.
• Being a team player assist and support in all areas of restaurant when needed
• Makes dressings and sauces for sandwiches and pastries.
• Ensures sandwich display is presentable for internal and external customers
• Completes various reports for records such as; production, usage and waste
• Order product and materials, as necessary
• Maintains daily par levels and restocks station orders set up orders
• Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items
• Inform supervisor when equipment is not working properly and when food supplies are getting low.
• Clean and sanitizes refrigerator, freezer and storage; work areas (counters/floors), equipment, containers, utensils and dishes.
• Receive stock and store food in designated containers and storage areas in an organized manner
