Job summary

Paris Baguette UK is seeking Kitchen Team Members to prepare sandwiches and salads in a warm bakery café in Greater London. You will help deliver expertly crafted products and a welcoming guest experience.

Required: at least 1 year of food handling, basic food prep and knife skills, plus a team-oriented mindset. Full-time or part-time contracts with uniforms and staff discounts available.

Knowledge And Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of sandwiches and salads.
• Being a team player assist and support in all areas of restaurant when needed
• Makes dressings and sauces for sandwiches and pastries.
• Ensures sandwich display is presentable for internal and external customers
• Completes various reports for records such as; production, usage and waste
• Order product and materials, as necessary
• Maintains daily par levels and restocks station orders set up orders
• Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items
• Inform supervisor when equipment is not working properly and when food supplies are getting low.
• Clean and sanitizes refrigerator, freezer and storage; work areas (counters/floors), equipment, containers, utensils and dishes.
• Receive stock and store food in designated containers and storage areas in an organized manner

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

• Minimum of 1 year of food handling or related experience
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and knife handling
