Job summary

Paris Baguette is seeking Kitchen Team Members in London to prepare sandwiches, salads and sauces, and to support all areas of the restaurant when needed.

You will maintain clean stations, manage stock and par levels, and ensure displays are attractive to guests, while upholding brand standards and delivering a welcoming bakery café experience.

The role requires at least 1 year of food handling experience, basic knife skills, strong teamwork, and a positive, guest‑focused attitude.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of sandwiches and salads.
• Be a team player; assist and support in all areas of the restaurant when needed.
• Make dressings and sauces for sandwiches and pastries.
• Ensure sandwich displays are presentable for customers.
• Complete reports for production, usage and waste records.
• Order products and materials as necessary.
• Maintain daily par levels and restock station orders.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
• Inform supervisor when equipment is not working or supplies are low.
• Clean and sanitize refrigerators, freezers, storage areas, workspaces, equipment, containers and utensils.
• Receive stock and store food properly.

The ideal candidate will help to achieve our mission to bring expertly crafted baked and brewed goods to our guests through a warm and welcoming bakery café experience that delivers joy to everyone.

KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare a variety of sandwiches and salads.


• Being a team player assist and support in all areas of restaurant when needed


• Makes dressings and sauces for sandwiches and pastries.


• Ensures sandwich display is presentable for internal and external customers


• Completes various reports for records such as; production, usage and waste


• Order product and materials, as necessary


• Maintains daily par levels and restocks station orders set up orders


• Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items


• Inform supervisor when equipment is not working properly and when food supplies are getting low.


• Clean and sanitizes refrigerator, freezer and storage; work areas (counters/floors), equipment, containers, utensils and dishes.


• Receive stock and store food in designated containers and storage areas in an organized manner
