Responsibilities

• Support health and safety checks to keep facilities in top condition.

• Maintain records on the in-house IT system.
• Record accidents or incidents properly.
• Provide handovers and support service users with follow-up actions.
• Represent YMCA Reading with professionalism in all interactions.

You will need excellent communication skills both verbal and written, have the ability to deal with some challenging behaviours in a calm effective manner.
