Hillbeck Care Home in Maidstone, Kent, is seeking a Caring Care Assistant to support residents during night shifts from 19:00 to 07:00. The role is available full or part-time, with alternate weekends and a Saturday/Sunday shift pattern.

Competitive hourly pay and the chance to contribute to high-quality dementia care for up to 60 residents. Previous care experience is preferred but not essential; a kind, compassionate disposition is key to providing person-centred support in a warm home

Location: Hillbeck Care Home, Roundwell, Bearstead, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 4HN

Contracted hours: Full or Part-time contracts available. All positions will include working alternative weekends with set shift times.

Shift Times 19:00pm – 07:00am

Hourly rate of pay: £13.60 - £13.80 Per Hour

Responsibilities of the Care Assistant Role:

• To provide support and guidance for our residents according to their care plans/support plans in enabling them to maintain as much independence as practicable.
• To promote Privacy and Dignity at all times whilst in the employment of CHC.
• To ensure that you contribute, to the best of your ability, to the efficient running of the home and the creation of an atmosphere conducive to the best interests of the residents.

Requirements of the Care Assistant Role:
