Job summary

Charing Healthcare is seeking a Care Assistant for Chippendayle Lodge in Harrietsham, near Maidstone. The role supports residents according to care plans, promoting privacy and dignity while contributing to a welcoming home environment. Hours: full-time with alternating weekends and set shifts.

We value a kind, caring nature; previous experience in care is preferred but not essential. Training and support are provided in a compassionate, home-based setting across Kent and Medway.

• To provide support and guidance for our residents according to their care plans/support plans in enabling them to maintain as much independence as practicable.
• To promote Privacy and Dignity at all times whilst in the employment of CHC.
• To ensure that you contribute, to the best of your ability, to the efficient running of the home and the creation of an atmosphere conducive to the best interests of the residents.

Job description

Location: Chippendayle Lodge, Harrietsham, Maidstone Kent, ME17 1AD

Contracted hours: Full-time contracts available, Will include working alternative weekends with set shift start and end times.

Hourly rate of pay: £13.60 - £13.80 per hour
