Job summary

Healthcare Homes Group is seeking a caring Night Shift Care Assistant for The Hillings to join our resident-focused team. The role involves supporting individuals with personal care, providing companionship, and helping maintain accurate resident records.

The Hillings is a purpose-built, single-storey home where heart and soul come before bricks. We offer a thorough induction, comprehensive training through the Healthcare Homes Academy, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care or care settings is desirable.
• Willingness to undertake induction and ongoing training.
• Ability to work night shifts and alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supporting individuals with personal care (hygiene, washing, dressing, etc.).
• Providing companionship and social interaction for residents.
• Maintaining accurate resident records.

36 hours per week (includes alternate weekends) Night Shifts - 8pm to 8am

What would a typical day look like?

Supporting individuals with personal care (hygiene, washing, dressing, etc.)

Providing companionship and offering social interaction

Maintaining accurate resident records
