Job summary

Charing Healthcare's Blair Park Care Home in Sittingbourne, Kent, is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents according to care plans while promoting privacy and dignity. Location: Blair Park Care Home, 2 Beechwood Avenue, Crown Road, Milton Regis, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME10 2AL

Contracted hours: Both Full & Part Time Position Available Shift times are set 8am - 8pm Contract to include working alternative weekends.

Hourly rate of pay: £13.10 - £13.30 per hour

Responsibilities of the Care Assistant Role:

• To provide support and guidance for our residents according to their care plans/support plans in enabling them to maintain as much independence as practicable.
• To promote Privacy and Dignity at all times whilst in the employment of CHC.
• To ensure that you contribute, to the best of your ability, to the efficient running of the home and the creation of an atmosphere conducive to the best interests of the residents.
