Job summary

Charing Healthcare is hiring for a Care Assistant at Blair Park Care Home in Sittingbourne. The role involves supporting residents according to care plans to maximise independence while maintaining dignity and privacy. You will help run the home efficiently and contribute to a positive, welcoming environment.

Shift is nights (8pm–8am) on contracted 33 hours, with alternative weekends. Previous care experience is preferred but not essential; a kind and caring disposition is essential.

Contracted hours: 33Hrs, Contract available. Set shift times 8pm - 8am. Contract to include working alternative weekends.
