The Edinburgh Grand, part of RBH Hospitality Management, seeks a dedicated Night Team Member to ensure a seamless nights’ experience for guests in Edinburgh's New Town. You’ll greet late arrivals, manage check-ins, and keep quiet hours while the world sleeps.

Work at a prestigious Luxury Collection hotel, assist with night audits, coordinate with the morning team, and maintain a calm, welcoming atmosphere. This role rewards reliability, energy, and a passion for hospitality during the night

Responsibilities

• Welcome late-arriving guests, assist with check-ins/check-outs, and manage guest needs.
• Handle night audits and end-of-day reports, staying organised for the morning team.
• Be the go-to for any guest requests during the night, from room service to extra pillows.
• Keep the lobby and public areas tidy and welcoming for a fresh start each morning.
• Monitor safety and security with regular checks to ensure a peaceful night.
• Coordinate with the early morning team for a seamless shift handoff.
• Maintain smooth operations while the world sleeps and the hotel runs smoothly.
