Mitchells & Butlers plc is looking for a night porter to welcome guests overnight, with shifts typically from 11pm to 7am. You’ll be the first point of contact for late arrivals and walk-ins, ensuring a warm, safe, and well‑presented front of house.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact on late arrivals and walk-ins.
• Provide a warm, genuine welcome to guests.
• Assist with front-of-house cleaning and breakfast setup.
• Ensure guest and business safety and security.
• Direct guests during fire evacuations.
• Answer calls and handle guest complaints.
