Job summary

Delano London is seeking an Overnight Front Office Manager to lead the overnight team and oversee all front desk operations. You will manage night audits, ensure safety, and coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering and Security to guarantee a seamless overnight service for our guests.

This role requires delivering exceptional service to high-profile guests, balancing revenue reports, and maintaining brand standards during the night shift.

Qualifications

• Previous Night Manager experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of front desk operations and guest services.
• Ability to balance nightly revenue and post corrections.
• Capable of independent decision making during low staffing hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations during overnight shift.
• Supervise front desk team and ensure accurate nightly reports.
• Conduct property walks for safety and readiness.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security overnight.
• Handle guest check-ins/outs, room changes and special requests.
• Respond to emergencies per hotel protocols.
• Prepare handover reports for morning team.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure security procedures.
