Delano London is recruiting an Assistant Housekeeping Manager in a pre-opening role to shape the guest experience with a focus on luxury standards. You will lead and develop a high-performing housekeeping team, implement brand standards, and work across the property with key stakeholders.

You will help establish processes, drive efficiencies, and maintain meticulous cleanliness across rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces, while coordinating with the Executive Housekeeper and Rooms

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a housekeeping management role in a luxury hotel.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse team and apply performance management.
• Confident internal and external communication.
• Ability to prioritise workload and stay organised.
• Fluent in English with good communication skills.
• Education: Diploma; degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead housekeeping functions both operationally and strategically.
• Develop and maintain high standards of cleanliness across areas.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement brand standards.
• Establish processes and drive efficiencies in a pre-opening phase.
• Chair briefings, manage rotas, and oversee stock and equipment.
• Ensure guest queries/complaints are resolved promptly.
• Support training, appraisals and team development.
