Job summary

Hart Shoreditch Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton in London is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the Night Front Office team and deliver memorable guest experiences from check-in to check-out.

You'll oversee operations, drive guest satisfaction, promote the loyalty program, and manage staffing, training, and collaboration with all hotel departments. This is a full-time on-site role offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in front office management within hospitality is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.
• Ability to manage schedules, training, and relationships with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Front Office operation to maintain high standards.
• Evaluate levels of Guest satisfaction and monitor trends with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ensure regular and VIP guests are recognised and promote the hotel's loyalty scheme.
• Maximise room occupancy at best rates and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
• Set departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the Front Office Team Members with emphasis on training and teamwork.
