Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight front office operations and guest service.
• Ambassador for the Soho House brand and ethos during night shift.
• Lead, support and train night team towards service excellence.
• Handle member enquiries and manage complaints with escalation when needed.
• Ensure safety procedures and daily reporting are completed.
