Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to deputise for the Night Manager when required.
• Experience in Front of House or Reception is preferred.

• Run night audit and ensure security and safety checks are completed.
• Handle guest requests with courtesy and efficiency and ensure proper handovers.
