Hilton’s Doubletree by Hilton London Kensington is seeking a Night Manager to oversee the front office during the night shift, ensuring guest satisfaction from check-in to check-out in London.

You will lead the night team, handle VIP guests, perform night audit duties, and manage cash handling and currency procedures in line with hotel policy.

Qualifications

• Has prior managerial or supervisory experience in hotel front office.
• Strong IT skills and familiarity with hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Front Office Nights operation to maintain high standards.
• Serve as a point of contact for regular and VIP Guests.
• Complete Night Audit duties and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Maximise room occupancy at best rates and promote hotel services.
• Act as a representative of the Hotel Manager in their absence and manage emergencies.
• Ensure the night service operation is carried out effectively and training supported.
