Job summary

voco Zeal Exeter Science Park is seeking an Assistant Night Manager to lead the night shift. You will deputise for the Night Manager, run night audit, and perform health and safety checks while ensuring guest requests are handled with care.

The role requires strong Front of House or Reception experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work a range of shifts. Training and career development are offered, with generous staff discounts and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Front of House or Reception, and comfortable working the night shift.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Flexible to work various shifts and days; opportunity for progression through internal training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night audit procedures and safety checks.
• Conduct health and safety checks and night security walks.
• Address guest requests and issues during night hours.
• Provide detailed handovers to the incoming shift and Duty Manager.
