You’ll support reservations, share local recommendations and assist across restaurant, bar, breakfast, and spaces, while upholding high standards of presentation and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel reception experience
• Experience in food and beverage services is desirable
• Experience using PMS and POS systems

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with warmth, personality and professionalism.
• Deliver check-in/check-out, reservations and guest support.
• Share local knowledge and personalized recommendations to enhance stays.
• Host our public spaces, creating a welcoming atmosphere and resolve queries confidently.
• Provide food and beverage service across our restaurant, bar, breakfast and grab‑and‑go outlets.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and safety.
• Support events, hotel activations and collaborate across departments.
