Ibis London Wembley is seeking a positive Night Receptionist to support the reception team and create memorable experiences for our guests. This role is Full Time, Permanent, 5 days per week with an expected start date in mid-November 2026 and a salary of £15.30 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Welcome late arrivals and bid farewell to early departures with a warm, friendly attitude
• Carry out the Night Audit and generate relevant reports
• Manage and confirm reservation details and guest accounts
• Support hotel operations and assist other departments where needed
• Provide food and beverage service during the night shift
• Ensure guest safety and security throughout the shift
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas including lobby and bar
• Follow fire safety procedures and assist in emergencies
• Be the face of Ibis with a positive and professional image
• Handle daily reconciliation of hotel outlets and post revenues
• Promote sales opportunities within the department
