Job summary

TRO is recruiting for a Fleet Operations Site Supervisor to oversee on-site operations during fleet marketing and vehicle-wrapping activities. The role covers evening and night shifts across designated regions, coordinating drivers, control points, vehicle movements and communication between TRO, clients, installers and transport partners.

Ideal candidates will travel between multiple sites within their region, with occasional support to neighbouring regions and accommodation provided when

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication skills across stakeholders.
• High attention to detail in busy environments.
• Ability to work independently under pressure.
• Strong safety and compliance awareness.
• Confident using mobile apps and reporting systems.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Willingness to travel regionally and stay away as needed.
• Experience in events, logistics, transport, fleet or field operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site activity to ensure smooth, safe and timely execution.
• Confirm all operational elements are in place prior to nightly activity.
• Carry out vehicle inspections and tracker checks.
• Manage real-time communication with operational stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Field Managers and Drivers.
• Coordinate driver attendance and vehicle key management.
• Submit accurate end-of-shift reports.
• Escalate operational risks and issues promptly.
