Pioneer Selection in Doncaster is seeking a Night Engineering Shift Manager to lead a four-person multi-skilled engineering team in a fast-paced FMCG environment, focusing on maximum plant availability and safe, efficient maintenance.

You will coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, drive standards and continuous improvement, and work with Production, Technical and Hygiene teams to optimise site performance.

Qualifications

• Time-served Electrical Engineer with NVQ Level 3, HNC or equivalent qualification.
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.
• Experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to prioritise engineering activities to support production targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
