Job summary

Pioneer Selection is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer for a fast-paced FMCG site in Derbyshire. You will carry out electrical maintenance, fault-finding and planned preventive maintenance on automated production lines to maximise uptime and efficiency.

Working on a 4 on 4 off days and nights shift, you will support production targets and drive continuous improvement within a market-leading manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Hands-on planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced factory.
• Ability to work a 4 on 4 off days and nights shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical maintenance on automated production machinery.
• Fault-find and perform preventative maintenance to maximise uptime.
• Support continuous improvement and production targets.
