Vita Uhaus is seeking a Night Concierge in Manchester to deliver a luxury, home-from-home experience for residents during night hours. You will manage front-of-house duties, maintain facilities, and support residents overnight, ensuring safety and service standards are consistently met.

The role requires an experienced customer service professional with night-work capability, flexibility for Friday/Saturday shifts, and a hands-on approach to cleaning and safety across a 9pm–6am schedule.

Qualifications

• Premium customer service experience
• Concierge background preferred
• Night-shift independence helpful
• Hands-on approach to cleanliness and safety
• Tech-savvy with multi-system familiarity

Responsabilités

• Greet residents and guests at Front of House with a warm, welcoming attitude.
• Maintain premium site and facilities to high cleanliness standards; cleaning forms a major duty.
• Conduct block walks every 4–6 hours to survey and report building areas.
• Manage waste areas following health and safety regulations; address hazards.
• Handle and store parcels for residents to access deliveries easily.
• Be the main contact for incidents or emergencies on site.
