Manchester Marriott Hotel Piccadilly is currently recruiting a Concierge to join the team, delivering courteous and efficient service to guests during the night shift and upholding the highest standards of hospitality.

You will greet guests warmly, handle requests and queries either in person or over the telephone, and work within a fast-paced, collaborative environment to learn and develop your skills.

Qualifikationen

• Passion for the hospitality industry with guest-focused service.
• Receptionist experience preferred, not essential.
• Ability to understand and anticipate guests' needs.
• Excellent personal presentation and communication.
• Willingness to work nights and independently.
• Strong team player with flexible approach.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests in a warm, friendly manner and provide courteous, efficient service during night hours.
• Act as ambassador for excellent service, handling requests and queries face-to-face or by phone.
• Be part of a busy, hardworking team and support other departments to prepare for the next day.
• Ensure guest relations are consistently positive and memorable.
• Promote the company values and behaviours at all times.
