You'll be the first point of contact for late arrivals and walk-ins, with duties including cleaning tasks in front-of-house areas, setup for meetings or breakfast, and responding to guest inquiries to ensure a smooth, welcoming stay.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for late arrivals and walk-ins.

• Maintain guest safety and security at all times.
• Evacuate guests and staff safely in emergencies.
• Answer phone enquiries and handle guest complaints to ensure a positive stay.
