Turning Point in Stafford is seeking a Night Concierge to support a housing service for people with a history of homelessness. The role focuses on safety, supported housing, and coordinating with the team to help residents access options and move forward with appropriate support.

Job description

This Night Concierge post sits within Turning Point's Mental Health department, at a supported housing service in Stafford for people with a history of homelessness. The work centres on keeping everyone who uses the service safe, while helping residents with substance use and mental ill-health to find options and move forward with support from the team and local partners. The post is night-based, with 12-hour shifts worked three days a week, and sits within a wider Staffordshire team of established services.
